This page sets out what the site collects, why, and how long it is kept. There are no accounts and no payments here, so the list is short.
Who is responsible
Messages sent through the contact form are handled by the site's editorial team. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- From the contact form: your name, your email address and your message - given voluntarily and used only to reply.
- Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, time of the visit and the page you arrived from, recorded in server logs and visitor statistics.
- Cookies: those needed to make the site work and, where used, statistics cookies. No advertising cookies for retargeting.
Why we use it
To answer messages, correct reported errors, see which pages are read and keep the site running. We build no profiles, make no automated decisions and send no marketing email.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept while the question is open and deleted afterwards. Logs and statistics remain only in aggregated form, in which you cannot be identified.
Who else can see it
We neither sell nor rent personal information. Only the hosting provider and the statistics service have access, limited to their own task. Disclosure to an authority happens only where the law requires it.
Following a link to an operator
From the moment you click through to a casino, that operator's privacy policy applies instead of ours. We receive no login details, no payment details and no play history.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your personal information, for a correction, or for deletion, and you may withdraw consent or object to the processing. A request to [email protected] is handled within thirty days. You can also take a complaint to the privacy authority in your province or to the federal Privacy Commissioner.
Age
The site is intended for readers of legal gambling age in their province and not for minors. We do not knowingly collect data about minors and delete it if it reaches us.
Changes
If the site changes how it works, we update this text. The version published here is the one that applies.
